[Your consciousness drifts in to the sound of discordant whispers. It sounds like a hushed argument in another room, something you can't quite catch. You're cold. Your skin tingles slightly, and then...]
[So rude. But IDK man you seem to have found the NPC from the well, with his arm in a makeshift sling, currently curled up against a big fluffy dog on the rug next to the fire, asleep and clutching the note he was left. Sion left him still tipsy and he went right out as soon as he was left. But this sure isn't a typically original Ariel position to take.]
[What do you do Tristan, all this fluff doesn't seem to match this side of Ariel at all, and this NPC at least has clearly been moved and tampered with. Someone else is Helping.]
No. He was nice. We found the part that wanted to kill me and got rid of it.
[Which... evidently he thinks is a good thing, although he seems kind of distantly confused about that. There's no sadistic glee, it's just kind of a typical childlike "hooray we got the boogeyman", only he knows it's a part of himself, even if he was afraid of that part, so he's still not sure that was entirely a victory.]

It was nice visiting with you, Ariel. I hope you stay... Well.

[Would touch him. But that would probably just bruise him so he turns to the mirror and walks into it.]

[He kneels next to Ariel, watching him sleep. What is all this?]
